Finally Getting Settled

As many of you know, we recently moved back from Singapore. For those of you who had no idea. . . well we are back! Jeremy started working for a new company at the end of January call Beachbody. (Ever heard of P90x? That's the company.) It's crazy to be on a first name basis with Toni Horton. (Just kidding. I  haven't actually met him yet but Jeremy has.) Anyway we are loving the change in so many ways. It is a really laid back California-style environment that Jeremy is so glad to have and as you all know he's always been very into fitness so it is really the perfect fit!!! As for me I love that we get to be involved in such an amazing life changing company and I look forward to the new adventure it'll bring.

For now Jeremy has been traveling back and forth from LA to Utah which will be coming to an end in May (Thank goodness we're all tired of the flying back and forth ;) in the meantime we had a fun week in Santa Monica with daddy along with a trip to Disneyland. And we just got  back from a 7 day cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. Ahh that was nice. It made me miss Singapore even more and I keep longing for the day we can hopefully go back. But it was wonderful to get a slight tan, swim with the dolphins, play in the ocean, see the shows, lay on the beach, lounge around the ship and eat, eat, eat!!! It was an amazing ship, Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas. (the world's largest cruise liner) It had several restaurants, two flowriders, a zip-line, two rock climbing walls, more pools and hot tubs than I can recall, a full size carousel (on deck 6 'the boardwalk'  Crew's FAVORITE stompin ground.) complete with a donut shop and ice cream parlor! It was amazing. Check out the website to see it all: http://www.royalcaribbean.com/findacruise/ships/class/ship/home.do?shipCode=OA

Now we are back home I have the HUGE task of unpacking everything myself. As they say it's a great time to get rid of a lot of junk! (I have a feeling there WILL be a lot of that since half our stuff has been in a storage shed in Idaho for the past 2 1/2 years.) If any of you are in Utah and need a place to stay or just want to meet up I'd love to get together! Crew and I LOVE playdates!

Below are pictures from Disneyland and hanging out in Santa Monica. I'll post pics of the cruise on the next post.
Poor Daisy hoping she gets to come too! Don't feel too sorry for her, she got SPOILED by granny.

My two boys reunited at last! oh he sure loves his daddy! Hangin out watchin football.

How fun swings on the beach!

Beautiful Santa Monica Pier. Our hotel was just behind this. Crew and I spent our days here while daddy was at work.

Disneyland!!!

Our poor little guy was having a rough week. We were all on anti-biotics for strep but I had already bought the tickets so we had to go. I think he had a good time but we definitely need to go again. And we need to take more pictures! I guess we really weren't feeling it that day. It sure stinks to be sick at Disneyland.

He LOVED Toontown and since Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is his favorite show we thought he'd be ECSTATIC to meet him in person. . .

What can I say he's a lot bigger than on tv??? Crew was TERRIFIED!

Who's having more fun? (Notice how Crew's missing his pants? As mentioned earlier he's on a very strong dose of anti-biotics and he had a bad case of the runs. Completely blew out this diaper all down his legs. . . needless to say I didn't pack spare clothes! What was I thinking? It was a warm day so he got to go pant-less)

My two prince-charmings!

Crew sporting the 'diaper look' loud and proud.

One of the many weird things we saw at Muscle Beach in Santa Monica. A bum with this huge iguana.

He sure is handsome.

Superbowl Sunday sporting his GreenBay Jersey. That was a happy day for Daddy seeing his favorite team win!

Summer Fun 2010

DISCLAIMER: Evidently I started this post back in Sept. but I never published it. It was good documentation of our life and counts as my journaling so I needed to post it even if it was nearly 6 months ago!

It was so great to home and see family and friends! Having Jeremy there this time made it 100% better. We were able to stay for the entire month of August 2010. Crew and I also took a few days to go up to Idaho, while Jer had meetings in Ut. It was so good to go back to little ol Rigby! Oh how I've missed all our wonderful friends there. Thanks to all of you for making our visit so fun!

Hi! It's 5:30a.m. and I still have a wave for the camera!

Our first meal in. . .  Hawaii???  Under unfortunate circumstances we spent a few days in Honolulu. A man had a heart attack on our flight from Singapore to Tokyo so we missed our connection to SLC. We were re-routed through Honolulu. Instead of waiting around the airport for 12 hours we decided to make a mini-vacation of it. And so glad we did! Our highlights in Hawaii:

-Seeing Marisa and Lania and eating at Bravo!!! YUMMY!
-Pearl Harbor
-Buffet Breakfast
-Laying out by the pool
-Strolling down Waikiki beach
-Eating at Cheesecake Factory mmmm.

Crew loved watching the welcome dance.

After our stop-over in Hawaii we headed to Utah to spend time with Jer's family. He hadn't seen them for almost 2years! It was a sweet reunion. Utah is a fun place to have little ones! We had a great time taking him around all the kiddie sights. Highlights of Utah:
-Britt and Tavah's half marathon (I don't have a pic of Tah Tah!)

-Eating at Magleby's Fresh, Coasta Vida, Cafe Rio, Chuck E Cheese :)
-Lindon Pool, Wood Discovery Park, Seven Peaks, McDonald's play place, and the fountains in Highland
